Hello all, just had my first qso in Olivia mode, thanks to Ross KT1F on 17mtrs. Also now on the lower bands except 160mtrs. I have an inverted vee up for 40 & 80 mtrs. As always if you stumble accross this blog please send email if you need a sked. 73 fer now de Dave.

There's been a nice opening on 20 mtrs to VK long path today & had a good qso with VK4SDD, Stu.
Also openings to JA on 15 mtrs short path.
A new country for me on Thursday, Haiti HH4/af4z...RTTY & KP2AD SSB.U.S Virgin Is.Both on 40 mtrs.
Good dx to anyone who reads this, and if a sked is needed please drop an email or sign guest book.

Hello all?! i havn't been here in a while , so appologies first.
Been a busy boy both work and radio, been puting all stuff on new computer and moving shack around.
Also on 4th January i was listening to VP8LP on 12 mtrs and trying to work him on that band, when xyl decided to give me a chore!
I then came back & he was gone, so i just checked 10mtrs and there he was, very loud so i called & we had a nice chat i then spotted him on cluster and he then had a few more Eu stations in the opening.
So it would seem more sfi and more openings?!
I am trying to get a inverted vee up for the low bands watch out for me there soon.

new country worked!!

Hello anyone who is reading this, just worked a new country, Ecuador (hc2sl) 15 meters cw.
That's 225 countries worked and 206 confirmed.
i have been busy lately hence the lack of blogs, sorry but work comes first.
Also our Internet link has been poor to be diplomatic about it, but it seems the engineer has stumbled on the problem!!!
I have since my last blog purchased a Signalink usb interface for digital modes.

Hello and sorry fer not being on fer about 2 weeks, been too busy and also pulled a muscle in my shoulder which made me feel like radio was the last thing on my to do.
Anyway yesterday i was feeling alot better after injections and pills!!
I worked J28KO-Olivier on 10 meters, that was the third time on 3 different modes and 3 different bands before he returns to France at the end of June.
Also i worked a new country, Chad TT8PK .
That's 217 countries worked under this call and 206 confirmed.
Also some sun spot numbers now!!! 72 today, and the sfi is up to 80.
I look forward to working you sometime if a sked is requested sign the guestbook it sends an email to me, i think try it and see!!
